Be honest: how much time are you devoting to yourself? Instead of spending all of your time on everyone else, you need to start paying attention to your body.
Every once in a while, you need to start taking time to appreciate yourself – get a good night’s sleep, go to a concert, or just do something that you enjoy.  When you take time for yourself, you can start to be happier and more positive about yourself.  This positive attitude will carry over into your weight loss efforts.
